PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized low-cost liquid heating device for transferring the temperature of liquid flowing in a conduit into a fixed temperature range in a short time. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with the first heating means having a planar heat-transfer surface, the conduit constituting a liquid passage, which is the conduit having a curved path and arranged along the heat-transfer surface of the first heating means in the contact state, and a pressure contact means for pressure-contacting optionally the conduit onto the heat-transfer surface of the first heating means.
