PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce real current calibration operation down to one time even when the excitation frequency of excitation signal is determined by the use of commercial power frequency. SOLUTION: In a common stabilization time in which the waveform of alternating current flow rate signal 2S is flat in half cycle of excitation signal 6E even when the commercial power frequency is either 50 Hz or 60 Hz, the values of wave height of alternating current flow rate signal 2S is sampled with a sample holding section 3 during the sampling period established at an arbitrary time position referring to a switching timing of half cycle.
