PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building having a large storage space with an effective natural ventilation. SOLUTION: The building 1 is composed as follows. Above a part of a lower-story floor 10a, a first upper-story floor 20a is provided to have a first room 11 between the first upper-story floor 20a and the lower-story floor 10a. Also, a second upper-story floor 20b is provided above a part of the first upper-story floor 20a and the lower-story floor 10a for having a storage 2 between the first upper-story floor 20b and the second upper-story floor 20b while the space between the second upper-floor 20b and the lower-story floor 10a is a second room 12 adjacent to the first room 11 and the storage 2. Furthermore, a third room 21 is provided above the first upper-floor floor 20b adjacent to the storage 2 and a forth room is provided above the second upper-story floor 20b for adjoining the third room 21.
