PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing pump-up device capable of easily replacing a liquid agent container in which a sealant is housed. SOLUTION: An opening 34 large enough to make the liquid agent container 18 accessible is formed to the part opposed to the liquid agent container 18 of a housing 14. The opening 34 is formed into a shape which forms the end surface of the housing 14 into an L-shape and notches the side surface part over the whole region in the height direction of the housing 14.
