PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the discharge properties of a fluorescent fluid of high viscosity by increasing the volume change ratio of a pressure chamber by a simple structure by reducing the volume itself of the pressure chamber. SOLUTION: When ink is supplied to the pressure chamber 6 from an ink flow channel 8, the diaphragm 5 provided to a pressure chamber block 4 is vibrated and displaced, and the volume of the pressure chamber 6 is changed to apply pressure to the ink to discharge ink liquid droplets from a nozzle 2.
