PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter for rolled paper which can be used by one hand while conventionally, the paper is pulled out by using both hands and cut off by pressing the paper by an upper lid when a cutter for rolled paper is used. SOLUTION: This cutter has a structure wherein a supporting leg which receives and mounts a top plate for stopping the flow of the paper and a sliding base for the paper by fitting them is fixed to the upper front surface of a wall plate. A spindle bar which is fitted on the side surface is provided on the sliding base of the paper, a cut out window through which the paper is pinched is provided at a location being closer to the front surface, and a cutting blade is provided on the front surface. An anti-slip guard is provided on both sides, and the entrance of the paper is formed into a semi-circular shape. For this cutter for rolled paper which can be used by one hand, a crescent shape rolled paper receiving base is fixed on the lower front surface of the wall plate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
