PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning control device for a vehicle capable of giving the optimum temperature feel to an individual passenger without forcing operation to the passenger. SOLUTION: The air-conditioning control device for the vehicle is provided with a plurality of blowing out ports 20a, 20b, --- provided so as to correspond to seat arrangements 10a, 10b, --- in the vehicle 1 for a bus or a railway; non-contact type temperature detection parts 18a, 18b, --- provided so as to correspond to the blowing out ports and detecting a body surface temperature Tir of the passenger 10a sitting on the seat; and an air-conditioned air stream status control means for controlling any one or both of the temperature or the air amount of the air-conditioned air stream blown out from the blowing ports based on the body surface temperature detected by the temperature detection parts 18a, 18b, --- corresponding to the blowing ports.
