PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning device for a vehicle capable of improving the maintainability of an expansion valve, and reducing noise in an engine room. SOLUTION: In this air conditioning device for a vehicle, an air conditioner case 10 is mounted on the cabin side to abut on the end surface of a second space 11b with the outer circumferential edge of an opening hole 2 formed in a partition plate parting the engine room side from the cabin side in such a way that cooling medium piping penetrates the opening hole 2 connected to one end surface of an expansion valve 16. The air conditioner case 10 is disposed in the second space 11b in such a way that the expansion valve 16 can be installed and removed from the engine room side. In the second space 11b, a second drain hole 20 comprising a labyrinth structure is formed to introduce condensation water dropping from the expansion valve 16 to a first space 11a when the expansion valve 16 has condensation.
