An isoflavone derivative of tectorigenin compound as shown in formula (II), its preparation method and the antiviral medicine containing it as an effective constituent. The compound structure is shown as follows: Where:: R₁ is H, NH₂ or SO₃M; R₂ is OR'; R₃ is H or -CH₂NR''; where R' is H, -CH₂COONa or -CH₂CH₂NMe 2 ; NR'' is or -NMe₂; M is H, Na, K or N⁺H (CH₂CH₂OH)₃.
