The damper has a hard unit (1, 2) at each of its end, where the hard units are partially molded by a flexible mass, and the hard units and the flexible mass are inseparable. The flexible mass and the hard unit are firmly connected with each other, where the flexible mass holds the hard unit at a distance. The hard units enable to assemble the damper, when a steel cable, rope and line are connected at both ends of the damper.
