The system has a differential global position system ((D)GPS) receiver (3) and radio assemblies (6) as active equipment. Light signal receivers, a decoding electronic and displays are provided as passive equipment. A laser transceiver (2) determines the horizontal orientation of a weapon (1) of a practicing participant through laser optical measures of another practicing participant. The transceiver transmits its current position per radio to the requested system which is assigned to the former participant, in the time point of the measurement with the receivers, electronic and assemblies.
