PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimally composite a woven pattern image, an original image and a form image. SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus has an original attribute determining means for determining the attribute information of the original image; a form image attribute determining means for determining the attribute information of the form image; and a compositing means for executing composition processing decided based on the determined attribute information of the original image and the determined attribute information of the form image, for the original image, the woven pattern image and the form image.
