PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier module which can miniaturize a power amplification stage while maintaining high efficiency performance. SOLUTION: This amplifier module includes a substrate having a dielectric layer and a conductor layer, a first amplifier which is arranged on the principal plane of the substrate and amplifies an input signal; a first transmission line which is arranged in the dielectric layer and makes the phase of the input signal deviate; a second transmission line which is arranged in the dielectric layer, deviates the phase of the signal amplified by the first amplifying section, and performs impedance conversion; and a second amplifying section which is arranged on the principal plane of the substrate, and amplifies the signal deviated by the first transmission line when the electric power of the input signal exceeds predetermined electric power.
