PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a low cost and low output power amplifier. SOLUTION: An obstruction exclusion capability testing device for testing the obstruction exclusion capability of under testing equipment by radiating radio wave to the under testing equipment placed at the receiving point from the radiation antenna. On the behind of the under testing equipment, reflection plates for reflecting the radio wave radiated from the radiation antenna are constituted so as to reflect the radio wave to the receiving point in such a manner that at the receiving point the resultant electric power of the reflected radio wave reflected by the reflectors and the radio wave radiated from the antenna becomes maximum.
