PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent variations of sensor characteristics due to the deposition of foreign matter in an atmosphere to be measured to a pressure receiving surface in a pressure sensor for receiving the pressure of the atmosphere to be measured at the pressure receiving surface of a diaphragm for receiving pressure. SOLUTION: In a structure for mounting the pressure sensor 100, which has the diaphragm 10 for receiving pressure at one end part of a case 1, to a mounting hole 201 of an engine 200 by insertion, a filter 300 as a foreign matter removal means for preventing foreign mater in a combustion engine 202 from adhering to the pressure receiving surface 11 of the diaphragm 10 for receiving pressure is mounted to the engine 200 in such a way as to cover an opening part in the mounting hole 201 facing a combustion chamber 202. The filter 300 cuts off foreign matter while guiding the pressure inside the combustion chamber 202 to the pressure receiving surface 11 and carries a catalyst for burning or decomposing foreign matter.
