PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable data and a clock to be accurately reproduced even when a track pitch is shortened and a recording density is raised. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with: a recording means for recording information data on a disk shape recording medium, by irradiating the track wobbling (meandering) at a constant frequency formed on the disk shape recording medium with an optical beam; and a control means for controlling the recording means so that a leading synchronizing signal, among the information data, is recorded in portions other than designated range including mountains and a valleys of the wobble track.
