PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool holder, preventing tools from getting rusty even when moisture enters the interior of a storing member for storing tools and the other metallic articles. SOLUTION: This tool holder 100 includes a storing part 104 having a storing space 107 for storing articles. The storing part 104 is made of raw material having water permeability, and a base member 110 having water permeability and rigidity is disposed on the base of the storing part 104.
