PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor assembly for a stacking type reactionary steam turbine requiring less time and cost for forming the machined rotor assembly in a proper shape. SOLUTION: This steam turbine includes a holding portion 54 having a stacking rotor section 62. The steam turbine further includes a first shaft end 52 disposed at the first end of the holding portion 54.
