PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical sheet pad to be easily removed, capable of protecting a part in the periphery of a belt fastener at the center of a chile/baby seat, where the urine of an infant is concentrated, and coping with a difference in shape by the manufactures of the child/baby seat. SOLUTION: An accident sheet pad is used by adjusting the sheet pad to be broadened toward the end to have the shape matching the child/baby seat and overlaying a rectangular sheet pad for exchange on the former sheet pad. The rectangular sheet pad is used, i.e., bent to cover the periphery of the belt fastener, used as it is, or used through the use of a belt with a stretch tape, depending on the shape of the child/baby seat.
