PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preliminarily operating running water sensor incorporating a means to supply pressure at the time when pressure in secondary side pipework gradually naturally drops, and capable of stopping water supply at the time when a sprinkler head malfunctions, by a simple structure. SOLUTION: A partition 2 is provided between a primary side I and a secondary side II, a communication opening 3 is provided in the partition 2, and a valve element 4 which is opened by the action of a fire sensor is installed on the communication opening 3. The valve element 4 is formed of a disc 6 to block the communication opening 3 and a piston 8 connected through a rod 7. A control chamber 13 filled with a fluid of the primary side I is formed on the rear face of the piston 8. The valve element 4 is provided with an ostium 19 connecting the primary side I and the secondary side II. The ostium 19 is normally in a state which permits the passage of water by a repulser 10 and the ostium 19 is blocked by the decompression of the secondary side II. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
