It is intended to identify a protein involved in a molecular mechanism between Akt and cell motility as well as to elucidate its function and to find its application. In the invention, for achieving the above object, by using a protein containing an amino acid sequence identical or substantially identical to the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 2 or a partial peptide thereof, a compound that activates or inhibits any of cell motility, cell migration and angiogenesis or a salt thereof is screened.
