A housing enclosure has several contact elements (22) and a connecting cable (50), and at least one lighting element, especially a LED, for providing an optical display for the user. The contact elements (22) and the lighting element are accommodated in an at least partly transparent contact-display-module (20), which together with an end-zone of the connection cable (50) is at least partly enclosed for mechanically stabilizing and electrically isolating a partly transparent, single-piece encapsulation (40), so that the connection cable (50) is suitably joined for high tensile forces.
