A method and a system for using a plurality of prepaid servers are provided to register a mobile terminal and perform payment according to a prepaid mode when the mobile terminal is connected to the mobile Internet. A prepaid server management server(200) inquires the payment mode based on subscriber information of the mobile terminal(100) connected to the mobile Internet and provides the subscriber information by searching the prepaid server(500) according to the prepaid mode. Each prepaid server registers and manages the subscriber information of the mobile terminal selecting the prepaid mode. In case that the mobile terminal is connected to the mobile Internet, the prepaid server performs charge payment according to usage of the mobile Internet. A provisioning server(400) sets one of the prepaid server in the case that the payment mode of the mobile Internet is the prepaid mode.
