[PROBLEMS] To form a three-dimensional beautiful roll at the collar without reforming the structure of a collar generally for commercially available shirts. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Rod-like bodies (1, 1), trough-like clamps (2, 2), and substantially triangular collar supporting plates (3, 3) are paired, joints (2b, 2b) are provided in the rear of the main body portions (2a, 2a) of the clamps (2, 2), the bodies (1, 1) and the clamps (2, 2) are supported rotatably by shafts (4, 4) coupling the lower portion of the bodies (1, 1) and the joints (2b, 2b) of the clamps (2, 2), and then a shirt collar roll for rotatably supporting the bodies (1, 1) and the collar supporting plates (3, 3) by shafts (5, 5) coupling the lower one third position of the bodies (1, 1) and the lower portion of the supporting plates (3, 3) is allowed to clamp the collar, thus forming a three-dimensional beautiful roll at the collar without reforming the structure of collar generally for commercially available shirts.
