<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rice bread crumbs for fry, which prevents fry foods from making contact with each other and causing adhesion among the foods. <P>SOLUTION: The rice bread crumbs for fry are obtained by adding at least one powdery material selected from starch, dietary fibers and soft wheat flour to rice bread grains produced from raw material consisting mainly of rice powder to make them lie between the rice bread grains. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
