<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device having a small phase delay of a frequency band to be controlled while reducing an unnecessary high-frequency component such as noise in an input signal, and a feedback controller using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The filter device for reducing the high-frequency noise of the input signal is provided with a primary delay filter unit for applying phase delay processing to the input signal and outputting a phase delay signal, a derivative characteristic processing unit for applying derivative processing to the input signal to output a derivative signal, and an addition processing unit for adding the phase delay signal to the derivative signal to acquire an output signal.
