<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video information processor or the like for correcting a time without performing power source start of a processor body. <P>SOLUTION: Time correction using a time signal is performed twice, and a time between first time correction and second time correction is stored as an error measurement time. It is confirmed how many errors occur in a built-in timepiece during an interval between error measurement times to be stored as the error information. In addition, a time performing latest time correction is stored as a final correction time. When a power source of the video information processor is switched on, the video information processor calculates the error of a counting time predicting that occurs between the final correction time and a present time in the built-in timepiece by using the error information, the error measurement time, the final correction time and the present time and corrects the counting time of the built-in timepiece by using obtained predicted errors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
