PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a precast concrete panel excellent in heat resistance, water resistance and alkali resistance, capable of keeping physical properties and adhesiveness over a long period of time even under a strong alkaline environment like a concrete surface and capable of preventing efflorescence. SOLUTION: The resin composition for a precast concrete panel comprises a urethane prepolymer (A) obtained by reacting tetramethylxylidenediisocyanate and a polyol compound, and an imine compound (B) having an imino (>C=N-) bond derived from a ketone or an aldehyde and an amine. The precast concrete panel comprises at least two decorative plates 3 installed so as to leave the interval corresponding to a joint part 2, the back treatment materials 5 applied to the backs of the decorative plates 3, the panel like base materials 7 integrally attached to the backs of the decorative plates 3 through the back treatment materials 5 and composed of concrete 7a and reinforcements 7b, and the joint material 9 charged in the joint part 2.
