PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel and a plasma display device provided with the same. SOLUTION: The plasma display panel has a transparent plate for passing through a visible light for realizing an image, a plurality of buried electrodes for separating discharge cells therebetween, a pair of discharge electrodes placed separated in an electrode buried wall for discharging in the discharge cell, a sealing member comprising a material having a higher thermal conductivity than the transparent plate, whererin the sealing member is placed backward of the electrode buried wall for sealing a discharge gas together with the transparent plate, and a fluorescent material placed in the discharge cell.
