PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor disk controller capable of operating with a drive clock having an optimum frequency in data exchange. SOLUTION: This semiconductor disk controller controlling data exchange between the outside and a flash memory includes a flash interface interfacing with the flash memory, a host interface interfacing with the outside, a first clock generator supplying a first drive clock to the host interface, and a second clock generator supplying a second drive clock within a frequency division range different from that of the first drive clock to the flash interface.
