PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sieving device having an excellent process efficiency, which is surely prevented from being clogged with an object matter such as powder with a simple construction without producing any noise or the like. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a pair of movable end plates 4 provided on the device body 1 rotatably about its axis, wherein a plurality of slot holes 8 positioning a longitudinal direction in a radial direction are radially formed on the outer periphery at even intervals in a circumferential direction, a plurality of sticks 5 passing through among the slotted holes 8 of the movable end plates 4 to bridge, a pair of fixed members 2 which are fixed on the device body 1 along an outer surface of the movable end plate 4, and in which an end of the stick 5 is inserted into the outer periphery of a counter surface of the movable end plate 4 in communication with the slot hole 8, and at the same time, an annular guide groove 9 wherein the radius of curvature to a rotation center increases in an upper portion as compared with a lower portion is formed, and a driving means 7 rotating the movable end plate 4 and the stick 5 in the axial line direction.
