PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new chocolate having excellent taste satisfying the consumer's sense of taste, touch feeling to the mouth and moderate viscosity, and containing no sugar; and to provide a new chocolate confectionery obtained by coating the new chocolate with chocolate.
