PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems inherent to a mower having a mowed grass discharging port of a mower deck switchable to the left and right comprising complicate structure and operation owing to the necessity to close a shutter of a non-discharging port simultaneously with the opening of the shutter of the discharging port opposite to the non-discharging port, especially, the definite rotating direction of the blade of the mower deck to restrict the design in relation to rear wheels and difficulty in the designing of a laterally symmetrical structure of the right and left discharging ports, shutters, etc. SOLUTION: The mower is provided with the left/right discharging ports 4, 5 at the left and right sides of a mower deck 3 having a blade 2 rotating around a vertical blade shaft 1, and grass mowed by the blade 2 is discharged through the discharging ports. An openable shutter 6 is placed at the right discharging port 5 and the mowed grass is guided to the left discharging port 4 through a rear cover 7 to discharge the grass to the left by closing the shutter 6.
