Mobile communications device with integral internal replaceable printhead assembly

A mobile communications device includes an elongate body defining opposite entry and exit slots between which print media can be fed. A printer assembly is contained within the body and includes an elongate printhead assembly which extends transversely with respect to a print media path extending across the body between the slots. The printhead assembly is arranged to print upon the print media and includes a replaceable printhead and ink supply module. A feed mechanism is located within the body and is configured to feed print media supplied from the container along the path during printing and out through the exit slot.
