<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member locking structure which locks members easily and allows miniaturization with a sufficient strength. <P>SOLUTION: This structure has a switch unit box (first member) 11 with a lock 20 and an installment panel (second member) 10 with an opening 13 to be used for locking. This structure locks a member when the lock 20 is inserted into the opening 13, and then the switch unit box 11 and the installment panel 10 are locked mutually.
