<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pet snack food intended not only for making the snack food to be given to a pet suit to preference of a pet but also making the snack food favorable as a communication means of a pet and a keeper through considering a material, a shape and hardness, and enabling a keeper to feel satisfied with the look of a pet which eats the snack food. <P>SOLUTION: The pet snack food 1 are each formed in a long and slender stick-like shape with a hollow section by winding one extended stick of chicken breast meat fillet 2 around a core stick 3 to be formed in a rolled shape, and drying the product and extracting the core stick 3 from the dried meat.
