<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter reduced in power consumption by quickening the signal response characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The DC-DC converter comprises an input part which transmits input voltage Vin to a first terminal and reference voltage Vref to a second terminal; an amplifying part which includes a first capacitor C10 reserving the voltage, corresponding to the reference voltage to be transmitted to the second terminal, a second capacitor C11 connected in parallel with the capacitor and receiving and preserving the transmission of the feedback voltage and at least one inverter outputting a signal, corresponding to the voltage reserved in the first and the second capacitors; a negative feedback part which receives the transmission of the voltage output from the amplifying part, when the input voltage is transmitted and generates a first voltage, receives the transmission of the voltage output from the amplifying part, when the reference voltage is transmitted and generates a second voltage, and generates the feedback voltage corresponding to the difference between the first voltage and the second voltage and transmits the voltages to the amplifying part; and an output part which receives the transmission of the output of the amplifying part and outputs it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
