<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet handling device capable of ensuring loading property of a sheet when delivering the remaining sheet and to provide an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: When power supply of an image forming device main body is turned on and a remaining sheet is conveyed into a second sheet loading means 410 from the image forming device main body, rear ends of the remaining sheets are aligned by a rear end aligning part.
