<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production step supporting method for preventing reduction in productivity and in a non-defective rate which may be caused by unexperienced operation in manual working step immediately after adopting a new product in starting the production of the new product in a production step including manual operation, and capable of making a production plan corresponding to market requests and improving the efficiency of the production step started in operation. <P>SOLUTION: A product similar to the new product is selected from the result data of products produced in the past in the target production step; predictive data of the standard operation time, standard operation manhour, operation difficulty, member procurement timing, worker's fatigue, and worker's skill for the new product are calculated on the basis of the result data; and the production step of the new product is simulated in advance by a production step simulator on the basis of the predictive data to prepare the production plan on the basis of the simulated result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
