<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve suppression of an oversteer status or an understeer status under simple control operation by making the status of motion of a vehicle meet the intent of a driver as much as possible by making the best use of respective properties of change of driving force distribution between a front wheel and a rear wheel, correction of a steering angle, and selective braking of a selected wheel. <P>SOLUTION: Change of driving force distribution between the front wheel and the rear wheel is performed at first according to the progress of oversteer status or an understeer status.
