<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high resolution image data even while using a general purpose two-dimensional light receiving sensor, for example, about horizontally long optical information and long photographing object such as a panoramic scenery. <P>SOLUTION: Split light receiving areas 3a and 3b obtained by dividing the entire light receiving area into two areas vertically are set in a two-dimensional light receiving sensor 3. An image formation optical system 4 is composed of two sets of image forming lenses 20 and reflectors 21 in accordance with the respective split light receiving areas 3a and 3b. By use of the left image forming lens 20 and the left reflector 21, an image of a partial imaging area Va located at a left side are imaged by the upper split light receiving area 3a, and by use of the image forming lens 20 and the reflector 21 located at a right side, an image of a partial imaging area Vb located at a right side are imaged by the lower split light receiving area 3b. The partial imaging areas Va and Vb are arranged side by side horizontally with a portion of them overlapped to thereby obtain a horizontally long photographing area V (field of view) as a whole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
