PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning control system capable of immediately responding to the change of outside air such as outside air temperature and humidity, and saving energy by controlling outside air introduction cooling without time delay. SOLUTION: Air volumes for outside air introduction VAV1 and atmospheric exhaust VAV2 are controlled on the basis of temperature differenceΔt(out) between a target temperature (controlled room target temperature) t(sp) determined to a controlled room 1 and the outside air temperature t(out). Thus a mixing ratio of the outside air included in the mixed air MIX1 is changed by immediately responding to the change of outside air temperature, and energy can be saved by controlling the outside air introduction cooling without time delay. The air volumes of outside air introduction VAV1 and atmospheric exhaust VAV2 may be controlled on the basis of enthalpy difference between a target enthalpy (controlled room target enthalpy) and outside air enthalpy.
