PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve manufacturing efficiency of a multi-layer sheet by automating a molding cycle, in which sheets extruded through respective monolayer T dies overlie one another and further compression molded. SOLUTION: Molten resins are forced into respective T dies, ranging from 14a to 14c, of a multiplex T die 14 which is composed by assembling T dies to extrude monolayer sheets, in a number corresponding to that of the layers. monolayer sheets ranging from 16A to 16C, extruded through respective T dies from 14a to 14c, are superposed to overlie outside the multiplex T die as the resins remain molten or semi-molten to form an intermediate multi-layer sheet molded article 16. Further, the intermediate sheet molded article 16 is compression molded, and a multi-layer sheet molded article made into desired shape is obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
