PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device, a power storage module, and a gas storing bag used therefor, capable of continuously releasing gas with no erosion of an electric circuit and the like provided nearby, even if the pressure of gas released to the outside of a container is low. SOLUTION: A gas releasing bag 1 is provided to a gas releasing valve 7 that releases the gas generated inside a container 6 to the outside of the container 6. The gas releasing bag 1 stores the gas released from the releasing valve 7 inside. The gas releasing bag 1 is provided to the gas releasing valve 7 in such condition as collapsed and folded. When the gas is released from the gas releasing valve 7, the folded gas storing bag 1 expands to store the gas.
