PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict the behavior of other vehicles such as vehicles driving in parallel in a prescribed section during rush hours or the like, where the positions of these vehicles are not notified each other. SOLUTION: A section in which vehicles 2, 3 driving around and an own vehicle 1 are driven in parallel is previously stored, and when the vehicle 1 encounters the vehicles 2, 3, the stored parallel driving section is read out and notified. Consequently the behavior of vehicles such as vehicles driving in parallel in the prescribed section during rush hours or the like, where the positions of the vehicles 2, 3 are not notified each other, can be predicted.
