PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts and man-hours for assembling, and to cover a radiator and a thermostat, in a motorcycle wherein the radiator and the thermostat controlling a flow rate to the radiator of cooling water discharged from a cooling water jacket are disposed on one side of an engine body having the cooling water jacket and mounted to a vehicle body frame. SOLUTION: The radiator 162, and the thermostat 175 disposed at the generally same position as a radiator core 166 equipped to the radiator in the width direction of the vehicle body frame are covered with a common radiator cover from the outer side.
