POLYPHASE AC VEHICLE MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyphase AC vehicle propulsion motor capable of generating torque substantially larger than the one by a known polyphase AC vehicle propulsion motor having equal total physical dimensions. SOLUTION: This polyphase AC vehicle motor has one or a plurality of disc rotor assemblies 21 and a plural pairs of stator sub-assemblies. The respective disc rotor assemblies 21 have discs and a plurality of permanent magnets 25i which are dispersed along one or a plurality of circle routes in the disc on the inner side of the periphery part of the rotor. The respective stator sub-assemblies have pole part pieces and coils of which number meets the one of the attachment plates and which are dispersed along the attachment plate in the corresponding circular path.
