PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve lower height of a bed by restricting a stepping stroke of a stepping operation member. SOLUTION: On a brake operation shaft 5 for operating a brake device provided on each caster C1 for moving a bed, an actuation member 6 is integrally rotatably installed, and a stepping operation member 8 to simultaneously operate the actuation members on the front side or the rear side is provided to be capable of swinging. The front side actuation member 6 and the rear side actuation member are connected to each other by an interlock member 9, and a swinging axial center X on the base end side of the stepping operation member 8 is disposed below the braking operation shaft 5, and inward of the bed to a support pole 4 in the length direction. One end of the actuation member 6 is extended inward of the bed over its rotation center Y in the length direction, and at a similar height to the rotation center Y or above the rotation center Y in the vertical direction. An extension end 6A of the actuation member 6 and an intermediate part of the stepping operation member 8 are connected to each other by a relay member 10 disposed above the brake operation shaft 5.
