PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food washing apparatus designed to peel foods which stick to a net plate to be washed, uniformly disperse a foods to be washed, thereby surely remove floating dust, uniformly pour air bubbles from an air blowing tube and sufficiently improve washing effects. SOLUTION: The apparatus is obtained by providing a partition plate 7 liftably and lowerably in a direction intersecting the transfer direction at right angles in the course of a transport washing passage 3, forming an intercepting surface part 71 intercepting a water stream of the transport washing passage under the partition plate, forming a net part 70 for passing the floating dust, etc., together with the water stream while receiving the foods A to be washed in the upper part and further installing the net plate 76 holding an air bubble jetting space 75 on this side of the partition plate.
