PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce hardly solidifying fine powdered brown sugar without using an additive. SOLUTION: The method for producing the fine powdered brown sugar includes drying powdered brown sugar by a flowing type drier to adjust its water content at 0.4-1 wt.%, preliminary performing a primary crushing of the dried powdered brown sugar by using a shearing type crusher, then performing a secondary crushing thereof by an impact type crusher to adjust the volume-based median diameter of the fine powdered brown sugar becomes 30-70μm and removing the super fine powder of the brown sugar flying in any of processes with a dust collector.
